At 1635, I observed a passenger waiting to board the 1650 train to Galway smoking on the station concourse unhindered.

Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008Oh the joys of Irish Rail’s platform timetables. The 1805 to Portlaoise was delayed (as ever), but rather than report the delay on the platform indicators, once 1805 came, the indicators said “Departed”.
